Early Booking of Bus Tickets
The "Early Booking" service is a pre-sale of tickets, at least 30 days before departure. The earlier you plan your trip, the bigger discount you'll get.
👉 When ordering 30-39 days in advance, you get a 30% discount, 40-49 days – 40%, and 50 or more days – up to 50%. Special discounts for children, students, pensioners and other passenger categories do not apply to early booking, but the final price with such booking still remains the most favorable.
Booking bus tickets within the "Early Booking" service requires full payment immediately when placing the order.
How to Book a Ticket Online with a Discount
Use the flight search on the website or in the mobile app. You will see the "Early Booking" label. Place your order by paying the promotional price with a convenient method.
How to Book a Bus Ticket Without Payment
Not ready to pay for the ticket immediately? Then use the "Ticket Reservation" service, but in this case the discount will be lost. After receiving the reservation voucher by email, you can pay the ticket price to the driver when boarding.
Booking a bus ticket without payment is easy: among the payment methods, select "Ticket Reservation" and click "Confirm Order".
❗Please note that reservation is not a guarantee of travel, as priority is given to paid tickets. There is especially a risk of cancellation of the reservation voucher during high season and holidays, so we recommend paying for the ticket online immediately.
Luggage Under Early Booking
Bus ticket reservation includes free transportation of one suitcase up to 90×60×40 cm and weighing up to 20 kg, as well as hand luggage up to 5 kg. If you need more, additional luggage can be paid to the driver at fixed rates depending on the route.

Luggage When Reserving a Ticket
The price includes hand luggage up to 5 kg and two pieces of luggage weighing no more than 20 kg each and measuring 90×60×40 cm. For more details about restrictions for different countries and the cost of transporting additional luggage, you can read in paragraph 5.26 of the terms and conditions.
Ticket Refunds
Tickets purchased under early booking conditions are non-refundable as they are promotional. At the same time, exchange or transfer of the trip to another date or flight is possible with payment of the difference to the full cost. Transfer is allowed a limited number of times and is valid for 45 days.
