Terms and conditions of the KLR Family loyalty program
The KLR Family Loyalty Program is a system that allows users to receive cashback for ticket purchases after a trip and spend it on future bookings.
How does the loyalty program work?
There are four levels through which the user progresses when paying for an order online. With each new level, the cashback that the user can receive exclusively for the completed trip also increases. Also, for reaching a new level, the user receives bonus funds as a gift.
Loyalty program levels
1. Researcher
- Cashback percentage on KLR Bus flights: 5%
- Bonus for reaching the level: 100 bonus hryvnias
2. Wanderer
- Percentage of cashback on KLR Bus flights: 6%
- Bonus for reaching the level: 200 bonus hryvnias
3. Legend
- Percentage of cashback on KLR Bus flights: 8%
- Bonus for reaching the level: 300 bonus hryvnias
4. Ambassador
- Percentage of cashback on KLR Bus flights: 10%
- Bonus for reaching the level: 500 bonus hryvnias
Note: 1 bonus hryvnia = 1 real hryvnia.
How to join the loyalty program?
To join the loyalty program, you need to go to Personal office on the website, go to the section "Loyalty program", press the button "Get bonuses" and fill out the questionnaire. For joining, the user will immediately receive 100 bonus hryvnias, which can be used for the next trip.
Is there an in-app loyalty program?
We are currently working on the implementation of the program in the mobile application. However, if a user who previously joined the loyalty program on the website pays for the order in the application, the cashback will still be credited.
How to get cashback?
Cashback is charged for tickets purchased exclusively on the website and in the application, as well as paid by card, after the trip is completed. The number of bonus funds that the user can receive for this order can be viewed when selecting a flight and on the order page.
Where can I see the amount of bonus funds?
The number of bonus funds can be seen in the Personal account on the website.
What part of the ticket can be paid with bonus funds?
The maximum amount that can be paid with bonus funds is 50% of the ticket price. However, a ticket available for payment with bonus funds must cost at least UAH 1,000.
Can bonus funds be used to pay for a promotional ticket?
Yes, you can pay 50% of the ticket price from the final amount after applying discounts.
Will cashback be awarded for tickets purchased at a promotional price?
Yes, cashback will be calculated according to the standard terms of the program from the final amount.
Is cashback charged for tickets on flights of other carriers?
Yes, of course, but somewhat in a smaller percentage.

Is it possible to return a ticket paid for with bonus funds?
Purchased tickets, part of which was paid for with bonus funds, are subject to a refund according to the rules for refunding the funds actually paid. For example, if the ticket costs UAH 1,000, of which UAH 200 was paid in cashback, and UAH 800 in physical funds, then when the funds are returned, a percentage of the amount paid in physical funds will be returned, that is, from UAH 800.
Are bonus funds returned in case of ticket return?
No, bonus funds are not refundable. However, you can transfer the ticket to another departure date with an additional payment of the full price.
Is it possible to withdraw the amount of accumulated cashback?
No, cashback is only available for ticket purchases.
