Upon registration, you receive 100 bonus hryvnias, which can be used immediately.

As a Researcher, you receive a 5% cashback on the total amount of tickets purchased for your journey.

Level 2 Wanderer

When purchasing tickets totaling 5000 UAH, you advance to the Wanderer level and receive 200 bonus hryvnias, which can be used immediately.

As a Wanderer, you receive a 6% cashback on the total amount of tickets purchased for your journey.

Level 3 Legend

When purchasing tickets totaling 20000 UAH, you advance to the Legend level and receive 300 bonus hryvnias, which can be used immediately.

As a Legend, you receive an 8% cashback on the total amount of tickets purchased for your journey.

When purchasing tickets totaling 30000 UAH, you advance to the Ambassador level and receive 500 bonus hryvnias, which can be used immediately.

Bonus funds are credited: • For registering in the loyalty program; • For reaching a new level - from 200 UAH to 500 UAH; • For purchasing tickets, the cashback percentage depends on the level of the loyalty program.

You can use bonus funds to pay for tickets on KLR Bus branded routes when ordering through our website or app.

Using your bonus balance is easy and convenient. When you are ready to purchase a ticket, simply log into your account on our app or website. During the checkout process, you can select the Use Bonus Funds option. Just specify how many bonus UAH you want to use, and the system will automatically apply them to your order total.

When you book a ticket and pay for it using funds from your bonus account, it is important to remember that if you return the ticket, the bonus UAH will not be refunded. To retain your spent bonus funds, you can always reschedule your ticket to a different date.

Bonus funds can be used to pay up to 50% of the order value, which must exceed 1000 UAH. Please note that tickets paid for with bonus funds can only be paid for online.
