I am planning to travel with your bus. What are the luggage transportation conditions?
Available luggage: 2 suitcases, each not exceeding 20 kg, with dimensions of 90x60x40 cm, and one piece of hand luggage up to 5 kg.
The surcharge for each additional kilogram is 1.8 EUR/kg to/from Germany and Spain, or 10% of the ticket price to/from the Czech Republic, provided there is available space in the bus luggage compartment.
For pets, a carrier (with a solid bottom) and the necessary documents for crossing the border are mandatory. More details here: https://klr.com.ua/blog/road-animals.

The carrier is not responsible for the passenger's documents or border crossing, so we advise consulting the hotline of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS) before purchasing a ticket. Call 1598 for free from a mobile phone. In case a passenger is removed from the bus at the border due to their own fault, the ticket price is non-refundable.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. When issuing the ticket, we enter your personal details (surname and first name) as indicated in your international passport. Since the ticket is personalized, another person cannot use it.

Will my bus arrive on time without delays?
The arrival time is indicated taking into account a 3-hour border wait; however, delays unfortunately do happen due to factors such as the slow operation of the State Border Guard Service, weather conditions, and traffic situations. Please plan your time accordingly! If you have a transfer to another mode of transport, we recommend allowing a buffer time of 6 to 12 hours. Thank you for your understanding! Arrival and departure times are indicated in local time.

Please contact the company's call center as soon as possible before the bus departs so we can process a refund according to our payment return policy. If you contact us after the bus has departed, the fare is non-refundable.
