  • ✔️ a military registration document, either in paper form or in the “Reserve+” application, containing up-to-date information, including for men aged 18–22.
To arrange medical insurance, you will need:
  • ✔️ The first page of the international passport. If the documents are in “Diia”, screenshots of the opened passport must be provided.
  • ✔️ A tax identification number, which is mandatory for adults and not required for children. If there is no identification number, prepare the first and second pages of the Ukrainian passport, the page confirming refusal of a tax identification number, and photos of both sides of the ID card.
At customs control, two drivers are usually involved. One hands over the vehicle documents and all permit documentation to the customs officers, while the other coordinates the passengers: communicates the border guards’ instructions and informs them which documents to prepare.
