You can purchase tickets on the website, in the mobile app, at ticket offices, via the contact center, or through social media.

  • Online at klr.com.ua. Use the search feature to check the current schedule and ticket price. When purchasing online, you can choose your seat.
  • In the mobile app for Android and iOS. The app allows you to buy a ticket, store it electronically, and track the bus in real time. You can also receive cashback and view restaurant menus available at our terminals.
  • At ticket offices. Payment is accepted in cash or by bank card. Ticket office addresses are listed in the "Contacts" section.
  • Via the contact center (24/7). Our operators will provide assistance and help you book a ticket by phone at +380 (68) 770-60-30.
  • Through social media. Message us on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Viber, Messenger, or WhatsApp.

To secure your seat, it is best to book tickets 14-30 days before departure.

Recommended booking timeframes:

  • 10-14 days in advance for regular days;
  • 3-4 weeks in advance for weekends and holidays, when demand is significantly higher.

Booking 30+ days in advance not only helps you save money but also guarantees departure on your preferred date.

No, printing your electronic ticket is not required. Simply show it to the driver on your smartphone or tablet during boarding.

Each passenger may transport two suitcases weighing up to 20 kg each and measuring no more than 90 × 60 × 40 cm free of charge. Additionally, one piece of hand luggage weighing up to 5 kg is allowed.

When traveling with a pet, you should consider:

  • Documentation requirements: a veterinary passport, microchip, rabies vaccination, and, if required, a rabies antibody titration test and international certificate;
  • Carrier regulations: the animal's weight category, required seat purchase, and permitted placement inside the bus;
  • Mandatory safety equipment: a carrier with an absorbent base, a muzzle, a leash, or a special cage.

You should also consider sanitary and hygiene requirements (absorbent carrier lining, parasite treatment, control of the animal's behavior during the trip) and the customs and veterinary regulations of the destination and transit countries for international travel.

Read more in our article.

Please note: transporting a pet requires purchasing a separate full-price ticket with an additional seat.

To cancel your trip and request a refund, please send an email to info@klr.com.ua, indicating the passenger's full name, ticket number, travel date, and route. An operator will then send you a refund request form to complete. Refunds may take up to 10 banking days.

Important conditions:

  • The refund amount depends on how long before departure the ticket is canceled (details are available in the "Terms and Conditions" section).
  • If you are unsure about your trip, you may reschedule your departure date free of charge (up to two times) through customer support.

How to Get to Zagreb: Choosing the Most Convenient Option

To determine the most optimal way to get to Zagreb, let's take a look at the advantages and disadvantages of each option.
  1. Plane. A direct flight is a fast way to reach your destination, but you also need to consider the current security situation and the transfer to the airport. Additional time and money spent on such transfers often make traveling by bus cheaper and sometimes just as fast.
  2. Train. Traveling by train is quite comfortable: it allows you to relax and, for some passengers, even get some sleep. However, tickets are often sold out 2–3 weeks before departure, and for the most popular destinations you may need to "catch" them right when sales open at 8 a.m. In this case, booking a bus ticket to Zagreb just a few days before departure can be a real solution, since regular bus services almost always have available seats.
  3. Private car. This option frees you from public transport schedules and fixed stop locations, but you will incur significant fuel costs, and you may need a couple of days to rest after such a trip. Instead, you can relax in the comfortable XXL seats of our buses with 80 cm of space between them.
  4. Bus. A reliable way to get to Zagreb without transfers and without constantly checking ticket availability. However, it is important to choose a carrier carefully so your trip is not spoiled. One of the trusted options is KLR Bus, as proven by thousands of positive reviews on independent platforms.
Considering the level of service and regular special offers, KLR bus trips remain highly competitive. In addition to promotions, you can save up to 50% with the Early Booking service and the loyalty program, which provides up to 10% cashback. Special ticket prices are also available for children, pensioners, and our defenders.

How Often Do Buses to Zagreb Run: Schedule

Buses to Zagreb operate daily, although the frequency of trips may vary significantly depending on the route and during periods of lower demand. Use the search form to check bus prices and schedules to Zagreb from your location. It is also worth mentioning night routes for popular destinations, which have several advantages:
  • Efficient use of time. Daytime hours can be used productively rather than spent traveling. It also makes planning connections easier.
  • Saving money. There is no need to book a hotel for an overnight stay, and in some cases night bus tickets are cheaper overall.
  • Comfort and a calm atmosphere. At night there are fewer traffic jams and less noise, allowing you to reach Zagreb faster and more pleasantly. Some travelers also enjoy the romantic atmosphere of night journeys.

Documents Required for Boarding and Crossing the Border

Documents required for boarding:
