Luggage transportation rules
01
Luggage transfer
You are responsible for collecting your luggage when you arrive at your final destination, when you get off at an intermediate stop, or when you transfer to another bus. You must collect your bag yourself and take it with you on the next bus.
02
Luggage storage
Once your boarding time has been announced, load your stored luggage onto the bus. Be sure to remember where you put it on the bus as you are responsible for collecting it and, where possible, transferring it to the next bus. If you need assistance with your luggage, just let us know.
03
Lost luggage
We will do our best to help you reunite your belongings if you lose them. However, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged baggage. Please see our Full Terms and Conditions for more information. If we find your baggage, we will notify you and ship it to the address you provided.
Animal transportation
Your pet can travel with you if its weight does not exceed 8 kg. For a comfortable journey, please use a carrier with a hard bottom and prepare the necessary documents for crossing the border, details at the link. You can purchase a ticket for your four-legged friend at full price with a separate seat.
